Refund policy

Booking
When placing an order with us, your order will not be confirmed until you have paid for the order.

Cancellations
If you cancel your order:

  • Deposit payments/additional payments are not refundable for any food products.
  • If you cancel your order more than 48 hours prior to delivery or catering service provision, no refunds will be given.

You must notify us of any cancellation or intent to reschedule by emailing us at hello@strawberrygrove.co.uk.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made by leaving phone or answerphone messages will not be accepted. 


Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your catering service or delivery, we will try to accommodate your new date, but if we are unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.

Returns

  • Due to our products comprising food items, we do not accept any returns.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must make contact with us by telephone immediately. We cannot address issues where the product has been consumed or otherwise served. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
