1 kg of our famous Salt Beef, salt cured for two weeks, then slow cooked in our secret herb and spice mix for four hours.
Comes with one whole sourdough loaf, American mustard, our own recipe Russian sauce, gherkins and sauerkraut.
Simply boil in the bag for 10 minutes and you're ready to go! Makes approximately 5 - 6 large sandwiches. If bag is already open you can steam to reheat. Avoid boiling directly in water as the flavour will be diluted.
